Chipper September
Well the year has reached the end of the third quarter. The summer temps were amazing and so what if it gets a little hot for the remainder of the season. Made a lot of good friends this year. It's funny how many people I can get along with. I'm not saying I don't have my disagreements with certain topics but it seems we can always have a good conversation. And that's also without saying I have my own issues that given long enough anyone would find annoying. Work has been a good experience. I know it's not going anywhere for me, so I'll have to figure out what else life may have in store for me. Meg and I have decided to sell our house in downtown Tulsa. We will put the house on the market this coming springtime. Our plan is to build a tiny house, something that will be paid off and easy to maintain for much lower prices than what we do now. Life costs too much on our paychecks, hope to start saving more and getting to travel the earth. Thanks for listening once again.

August Lust
So being married is different than I thought. Never thought of the challenges my wife and I are facing together. Art is still in the making. Got a new position at work, moved out to the rural station for a 48 hour shift. It gives me time during the week to get back to my art. Hope to start building a business plan for my painting career. Thanks for listening, hope up load some are for everyone, no promises yet though.

My oh my, it's July
Dedicating this Post to my Mother who was born on the 1st of July.
My mother was born in Shreveport, LA.
She is all I aspire to be and has taught me to appreciate the importance of education. I have gained my work ethic from her and learned not to be afraid of what I don't know I can do. She is my heart and my adventurous side. She gave me the respect for women all men should have. My mother is like no other, and she is only one. I love you and always will. Thank you for having me.

Too Soon June
So like I said May was busy and now here we are in June.
I work hard and do my best to take care of the one's I love even if I don't receive any love back. My life feels like it's on it's first steps down a new unknown road with no end in sight. This doesn't scare me as much as when I know that it is going to end. I love my father dearly and he has started a final chapter in his life. My fears grow everyday knowing his trip here is almost over. My brother needs all the help he can get in life. My mother has been an amazing woman to take care of the three of men in her life. I think it is going to be a good turn over. Rough at times, but strong and long lasting in the end. I love you family and I hope to be there as you need me.

Spring is coming
Well April is here. Just came back from visiting the parents and in-laws for birthday parties and easters. Started training as an alternate supervisor at work. Still pretty satisfied with working as an EMT, look forward to furthering my career and life as an artist. Hoping to acquire a spot at a local Pinot's Palette, so that I may begin a commercial and teaching experience to my art skills. Haven't been painting in a while but studying a lot of pen & ink work. May consider looking into one day being a calligrapher or simply making signage with freestyle typography. Didn't make it into Momentum in OKC, and the last show was disappointing due to the selected piece and location it was displayed. Moving on. Getting excited for the months ahead. Thanks for listening!

An Artist Am I
Read a Q&A about how to be a Freelancer this morning.
Glad I did because it told me what I needed to hear and let me know I am on the right track. My talent does not go unnoticed, but doesn't seem to take me anywhere. I know I have to make the move to push my name out there, but time only holds me back. Many projects this year and so little in the ways of a means to accomplish them. Some nights I am able to stay up burning the midnight candle and others I try, but my body begs me for rest. How are you going to do this, I ask myself. Myself replies, I don't know.
My birthday is coming up and leaves me with another year to reflect upon. I'll be ready for a stout drink and fun with my girl. Year 28 was good and made many life changes, career, relationship, and understanding just a little more about how it all works. My father has had a stroke, luckily a small one, but still a stroke. Doing my best to coop with my thoughts and emotions on the matter and visiting him every chance I get. Look forward to his discharge. Hoorah, and thanks for listening.
